Kelly, Great to hear from you but even better to see you last week at BYU. I will have a our class site coordinator update the site so it is more clear. I would like everyone to give us an update on what they have been up to, i.e. family, employment, places of living, etc. I'll also update it in the next month on how you can register for the reunion. Keep in touch. -Ryan
Kelly, Ryan mentioned that you have some yearbook photos. We are putting together a slide show for the reunion. Would you email those photos and any others past/present to mc88pics@yahoo.com Please use jpg format and include a brief caption so we know who is in the photos. Thanks so much! Angie
Thanks for the note. It sounds like you are pretty busy with life too. Those kids sure keep things busy! Anyway, I went to the 5 year, but then have pretty much lost track with all but a few (the Roundys, Mike Brammer). Wish I could come, but hopefully next time.
It is hard to believe that I have known you most of my life.....since about 1st grade! It was fun to hear about your fun life, sounds like you are plenty busy. I hope you can make it to the reunion. It would be fun to see you. Kimberly Baldwin Pond
Kelly, It was great to hear what you have been up to. It has been a long time. If I would have guessed a career for you it probably would have been seminary. What an awesome opportunity for you and the lives you touch every day! Tresa
Okay, my earlier post was very generic and dry. So, I will try again. After high school I left on a mission to the Mexico, Mexico City South Mission. It was a great experience. Upon returning from the mission - I enrolled at Utah State University. While at USU I worked at Zions Bank and began teaching seminary part-time. I married Jeanice Nelson in August of 1992. We lived in a small studio apartment in Logan next to June Tippetts and her husband. Our first child - Jonathan - was born. After graduating with a BA in Finance we were hired to teach seminary in Salina Utah. We lived in Salina for eight years! We had great experiences in Salina. We had three more children while living in Salina (Emily '95, Alyssa '97, and Tanner '01). I earned my Masters degree in Human Resource Management. In 2002 we were asked to take an assignment working in the CES Human Resource Department. We accepted and moved our family to Spanish Fork, Utah. While in Spanish Fork we have had two more children (Isaac '04 and Caleb '07). My work has allowed me to travel to many foreign countries in Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, and Mexico). I have been in or seen nine temples internationally. This year I accepted a new job with the LDS Church Central Human Resource department as a Sr. Compensation Analyst. This summer my wife and I went to Mexico to the areas that I served as a missionary and had an incredible experience. I enjoy playing games with my children - they are awesome kids. We just started a blog (I am not really good at it yet - kellyjeanice.blogspot.com - you can see a picture of the family. We don't see a lot of people from high school. Occasionally we have ran into some when we have visited Logan. My hobby is officiating high school football. I have done it for 15 years and have enjoyed it a lot. We are really happy and life has been great. We hope to see a lot of friends and hope that all is well with your families.
I knew that you had taken on a seminary teaching role, but it sounds like you have had several different experiences as well. The travel to points south of the border sounds very interesting. Great to hear that things are well for you and your family.
Kelly, I think you win the popular vote to chat with. Which I totally think you deserve. You were always one of my favorite people in High School. You were who you were and never waivered. I appreciated your example in all aspects of my life back then. Thank you for being a great role model in High School.
I am so glad you became a seminary teacher and now work in the department you do. President Randall Bird was our Stake President for quite a while. I know he was head of the Seminary curriculm for a while. He is amazing. I had the opportunity to direct him as our Stake did the muscial "Savior of the World" this year. He is so fun. Clark Hirschi works in that department too I think. He lives one street over from me and his wife and I get together every once in a while when our husbands are traveling at the same time. My Husaband is in Church Security and is over all of the Eastern half of America. It defiantely has been an amazing journey for our family. We won't be at the renuion, because my husband does have to work at the Conf. Ctr. Friday night and Saturday for the General Women's Conf. I will miss seeing you ref.
It is so good to hear your family is doing well. My husbands family is all in Salem and Plesant Grove, so we are down there often.
This is the first comment I've left on this website so consider yourself special:-)
It was great seeing you and meeting Jeanice at the reunion. I'm glad you and your family are doing so well. My son Connor is still very excited about meeting you, "a real ref," in the future.
You're a wonderful person and a great friend. Thanks for everything.
Was definitely good to catch up with you this past weekend. All I can say is ya done well, my friend. Been a long time, you know? We played on the same football team for how many years? Ten? And I still remember trading all my Dallas Cowboy football cards to you. (You can keep all the Everson Walls', but I'd sure like to go back and keep some of those Dorsett cards!)
All differences aside, I'm proud to not only have had you as a teammate, but a friend. You're a good man. Take care of that wonderful family of yours. I'm sure we'll catch up again somewhere down the road.
It's been a long time. Many memories from school days....it was great to see you at the reunion. You look terrific and your wife is beautiful! It sounds like you are doing well. I have a son, Tanner, as well. I will have to check out your blog.....right with you on just getting a blog started. Take care Kelly.

See you Saturday...
