Well, John Bradshaw continues reminding me I haven’t posted anything yet. Yes, we’re out here in Maine, and I see John every week. We played a little B-ball at the church a while back to see if we could get some Wellsville 1st-2nd ward rivalry going but it just wasn’t the same. It turns out that Ben moved out to MA about the same time we moved here, so we’ve seen him and his family a few times as well. My wife (Heather) and I have 4 children: Jake (13), Meg (10), Mitch (7), & Amber (5). Heather works at the hospital in Phys Therapy, and I’m at the college. Although I can almost shoot a slingshot from my building to the back bay here in Portland, ME, I miss the west, the real mountains and the good people like you folks from Cache Valley.
A quick outline of our travels: After MC I attended USU for a year while waiting for the mission. 11/89-12/91 Mission to Brazil: Recife & Salvador (Mission split while I was there) Returned to Cache Valley and psych major at USU Met wife (Heather) Who is CA native, but was Nancy Stuart’s companion in DC mission. Married in ’94, BS psych grad ‘95 Lived in Sacramento region most of our time having kids, working, studying, etc. MS in counseling, Cal State ’00, Now in PhD program while working at U. of Southern Maine. ’98-current: Worked at various colleges/universities in CA, ID and now ME, doing counseling, program development, retention work, etc. My red-head wife and girls keep me on my toes with their Irish temperament, but I treasure that almost as much as the mellow ‘tude of my brown-haired skater/soccer/fishing boys.
Hey John Bailey! Good to hear from you. No, the camaro went through too much diggin’ up left-hand fork and the Uinta’s to keep after a while. How are things for you? Sometimes when I send the kids off on the school bus in the morning, I smile from the memories of Tijuana and you, Ben, and Bliss and the Ted Nugent/Neil Pert fixes you used to ramble on about. Too bad you’re not in N.Conway, we’re only an hour from there and plan to do some hiking again soon. Let us know if you make it out here.
I’m starting to look through all the folks from MC, it’s great to hear what everyone is doing. Take care. –Mike B.

Hey Mike Brammer,
I know that you live in Maine now, because I see you about every Sunday.

Still driving the bitchin' Camaro?
